Lately I have been working a lot with a challenging project and I am spending many hours in front of the
computer in my home office. I would love to have my own studio one day and this creative space in stockholm
from the swedish illustrator Sara N Bergman is inspiring, with charming furniture, a cool material mix and nice
details.

“You can call this place home, but you don’t have to do the dishes.” is the welcome frase from this laid back
concept store Portrait, located in Harleem, outside Amsterdam. A beautiful space and a concept based around
three key ingredients: beans, cotton and… things. The beans in the café are coffee beans from Guatemala, the
cotton refers to a carefully curated selection of men’s and women’s clothing from Scandinavia and things which
is pretty much everything in the café showroom is for sale.

I usually blog white Scandinavian interiors but I have to say that lately I have been attracted to the new dark
trend. Really dark rooms; dark green, dark grey, dark blue… I am inspired with these interiors and I have even
been considering to repaint my own white Scandinavian home…
