This charming loft apartment in Paris has been shown in different magazines and medias since 2010. But still it inspires with it´s personal industrial style and eclectic mix of furniture. The apartment is an old factory from
the 20´s century located in the Paris region with 160 m2(only) divided into the living area and the rest of the
space is converted into a loft. What a dream...

This is the beautiful home of my german friend and interior designer Katharina Albrecht and her french boyfriend
Sebastien Belilty in the village Montuiri, Mallorca. After living in lively cities like Hamburg, London, Madrid and
Paris Katharina made a conscious decision to move to the countryside and the choice was the sleepy tourist
forgotten village Montuiri, located in Mallorcas Plateau "Es Pla” where you can enjoy the unobstructed views over
the Tramuntana mountains and endless rolling hills. Katharina bought the village house six years ago and it was a
brave step since it was by herself for herself. “Despite the fact that my family from Germany visited me a lot and
we have had great time together it took a while to feel comfortable to live here. What helped the most was when
I met Sebastien and he decided to move in with me."
The house have a simple modesty combined with a generosity of its inside spaces. A lot of light floods the house

and the garden serves as an indestructible backdrop. The 160 square meters large village house contains 4 bed-
rooms. Some of these rooms are 4 meter high and impresses with its eclecticism. According to the motto: "Things
that please me get along with each other" Katharina combines old spanish cabinets with Charles & Eames chairs,
Louis XIV sofas with Thonet rocking chairs and original 60s mallorquine garden chairs with Ikea dining tables. She
is also convinced that "Interior Design should suit the personal lifestyle, tell a story. Your story. Your home is your
Canvas. "
